3、Entry to Venue
The holders of physical badge can enter the venue by scanning the badge.
The visitors who have made pre-registration can enter the venue by scanning the electronic QR code which has been sent to your email or mobile. If you do not make pre-registration, please go to the Overseas Visitors window onsite to get your entrance badge.
For safety reason, China Hi-Tech Fair only accept visitors above the age of 16, and people over 70 years old must be accompanied by an adult and hold a valid ticket to enter.
Reminder: All visitors are advised to bring passport or other type identity document.
4、Visitor Rules
Ø To ensure the safety of all visitors, please undergo the security checks at the entrances.
Ø Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the venue.
Ø Please don’t damage the exhibits. Or you need to compensate the owner for the loss.
Ø It is strictly forbidden to sell or buy any goods including exhibits in the venue (except for food and beverages provided by the host of CHTF).
5、Parking
Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center provides access to 13,000 parking spaces. The underground parking lot has two floors, providing 9,045 parking spaces, of which 10% of the underground parking spaces are equipped with charging piles. There are 4,054 temporary parking spaces around the venue for temporary parking of trucks, buses and cars.
During the event, the vehicles with CHTF Pass can drive to the designated area by following the route on the parking permit.
6、Local Transportation
Take the Metro Line 12 or Line 20, and get out of the Shenzhen World Station from exit C1 or exit C2, then you can arrive the South Lobby of the venue quickly.
Take the Metro Line 12 or Line 20, and get out of the Shenzhen World North Station from exit C1 or exit C2, then you can arrive the Nouth Lobby of the venue quickly.
